What is GlucoSpace.com?

GlucoSpace.com is a multi-award-winning, scientific and evidence-based structured education, behavioural and lifestyle change program. GlucoSpace.com is designed to improve metabolic health by treating insulin resistance, and can reverse metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and metabolic syndrome.

Who could benefit from the program?

Our aim is to help newly diagnosed people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes understand, manage and even reverse the condition.

What does it include?

Once you join as a member, you will have access to 20 micro-seminars equivalent to 20 hours of learning in your own pace, at your own time. You will learn the basics of prediabetes and  type 2 diabetes, how to manage, take control and reverse type 2 diabetes. More content will be added and become available over time.

Does the course include medications?

The seminars does not include medications. GlucoSpace.com is focused on helping you achieve better metabolic health. Many patients are able to reduce and even eliminate their diabetes medications including insulin.

What are the benefits of joining?

People with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes who learned from the program experienced 1.5% average HbA1c reduction after 6 months and improved blood glucose control. People who were overweight or having obesity lost an average of 7.5 kg between 6-12 months. Also improved blood pressure, cholesterol levels and lipid profiles.

What are the basic requirements to join?​

  • Be 18 or older

  • Be fluent in the English language
